Privacy notice
This notice explains the limited information handled by the ProsperitySafe public demo and early-access process.
Public demo
The interactive demo uses fictional mock data. It does not create an account, save dashboard changes, upload files, process payments or collect passwords, identity documents, wills, authorization videos, death certificates, banking information or cryptocurrency wallet information.
Early-access requests
The waitlist form sends the information you enter to ProsperitySafe through Resend, our transactional email provider. An administrator notification is sent to hello@prosperitysafe.com and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. The website does not place the submission in a separate database.
Product feedback
The product feedback survey may collect an optional age range, current life stage, province or territory, who you are planning for and expected planning timeline. These broad categories are used only for product research and service design. The survey does not request an exact age, date of birth, birth year, health status, medical conditions or life expectancy. Feedback is delivered by email through Resend and is not placed in a separate website database.
How inquiries are used
Inquiry information is used to reply, organize product research, invite voluntary interviews and understand demand. It is not sold. Access should be limited to people supporting early ProsperitySafe research and operations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete an inquiry, or withdraw from future research messages, by emailing privacy@prosperitysafe.com. Do not send sensitive estate, identity, financial or credential information by email.
Service providers and retention
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, source code is hosted on GitHub, and waitlist email delivery uses Resend. Email copies may also be handled by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Early-stage inquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for product research, communication and legal obligations.
